Larry will highlight two extraordinary women who were mothers of famous men and inspiring women of faith. Saint Monica was the mother of St. Augustine, the most influential theologian outside of the biblical authors. Her faith, witness, and constant prayers led her son to finally accept Christ and go on to write some of the most important Christian books in history. Susanna Wesley was the mother of John and Charles Wesley, the founding fathers of Methodism. Her biblical knowledge and example of Christian leadership helped shape the Methodist movement.
